There are many benefits that you can gain from volunteering.
- Administrative Experience
No matter what position you’re interested in, becoming part of our volunteer staff affords you the opportunity to develop your communication, administrative, and other business skills in a low-pressure environment.
- Networking Opportunities
Iris’ staff is comprised not only of gamer enthusiasts but several industry professionals as well. For those interested in joining the industry, professionals looking to widen their social network, or people simply wishing to know more about how the industry works, volunteering at Iris is a great way to accomplish these goals.
- Make a Difference
The Iris Gaming Network is still in its infancy and we need a diverse set of volunteers if we’re going to achieve our goal of promoting equality in the industry. Even just one hour a day from one person can make a difference in whether Iris can succeed in the long term.
